The problem
Structure charts rarely cause the problem; unclear decision rights do. We define who decides what, at which level and with whose input, then build the meeting and reporting rhythm that makes it stick.
You will recognise it when
- Leadership spends more time in meetings than running the business.
- Decisions are escalated to the owner by default.
- Roles overlap, and gaps are discovered in a crisis.
- A reorganisation is being discussed for the third time.
Engagement model
Shown for a scale-up of 80–300 people. Smaller companies move faster; groups take longer. Each phase is priced and delivered on its own.
