Our illustrative engagement examines one service or operating process from first enquiry to delivery. It combines short team interviews, a review of working documents and a facilitated mapping session.

What the engagement includes

• A current-state map of activities, decisions and handovers.
• A responsibility framework that identifies the owner of each decision.
• A small set of proposed changes, sequenced into a 90-day plan.
• A practical handover workshop with the team who will use the tools.

A focused working process

We agree the question and boundaries, listen to the people involved, map the current process together, and develop a proposed future way of working. The final review tests the plan against the team’s available time and resources.
