Three rules before you touch anything

Switch off at the breaker or isolator, not just the remote, before opening the front panel.

Never open the refrigerant pipes or the outdoor unit’s covers. Refrigerant handling needs a certified technician.

A burning smell, smoke or water near electrics means: switch off and leave it to us.
