Your first visit

No surprises. Just the next small step.

If the dentist makes you anxious, you are in good company. Here is exactly what happens when you come to Linden, from the moment you book to the moment you leave.

Reading this is a good first step. Take a slow breath with the circle if it helps.

  1. 01

    Before you come

You choose a time online, and we send nothing you have to fill in. If anything worries you, add a comfort note when you book, or simply tell us on the day.

Bring a list of any medicines you take and, if you have them, your old X-rays.

  2. Tall windows and a leafy plant in the quiet waiting area
    02

    Arriving

The entrance is step-free and the waiting room is quiet, with daylight, water and tea. We will come to you. There is no number system and no rush.

If you would rather wait outside or in the car, tell reception and we will call you in.

  3. 03

    Talking first

Your clinician sits with you, chair upright, and asks what you would like from the visit. This is the moment to mention past experiences or worries.

We agree a stop signal together. Raise your hand and everything pauses.

  4. The teal treatment chair beside a window, with the lamp switched off
    04

    The check

We describe each step before we do it. Most check-ups take around twenty minutes. X-rays are only taken if they are needed and you agree.

Headphones, a blanket and sunglasses for the bright light are always available.

  5. 05

    Your plan and prices

You see the photos and scans we took and get a written plan with every price listed. You never pay for anything you did not agree to beforehand.

There is no pressure to decide on the day. Plans stay valid for three months.

  6. Botanical prints and plants above the clinic washbasin
    06

    Afterwards

You leave with simple aftercare notes and, if you like, your next visit booked. If something does not feel right later, we are a message away.

Most people need nothing more than a check-up again in six to twelve months.

Ready when you are. Not before.

Start with a free, twenty-minute calm first hello if a full check-up feels like too much. No examination, just a conversation and a look around.
